General Terms and Conditions:
- Refund Period: 120 calendar days from payment confirmation.
- Request Method: Contact form or email to info@viajaaamerica.com.

- Required Information: The same personal data provided in the application form
- Refund for Card Payments: Same card; in Brazil, this also applies to off-site payments.
- Refund for Payments through Other Methods: Only in Brazil.
Refund Amount:
If the refund request meets all the requirements and it is approved:

For Visa B1/B2:
- If Client has received the payment order of consular fees: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded.
- If Client has NOT received the payment order of consular fees: 100% of the price of the service will be refunded.

For Canada Visa:
- If the application has not been submitted to the Canadian Authorities: 100% of the price of the service and consular fees will be refunded.
- For any other status: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded. Remark:Consular fees will only be refunded when they have not been paid to the Government of Canada.
Exclusions:
- Handling fees/third-party commissions are non-refundable.
- Refund requests can be rejected due to failure to meet requirements or cancellation of services.
- Any consular fees already paid to the relevant authorities.
Additional Information:
- "Denial Protection Service" is refundable if the fee is approved.
- "Priority Service" is refundable only when a full refund applies.
Remark: We recommend that you contact our Customer Service for any refund requests. Requesting a refund through your bank (charge dispute) does not guarantee you the reimbursement of our service fee and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service.
